Duties and Responsibilities:
*Recording client information & interactions on company system
*Documenting procedures and knowledge obtained on company systems
*Manage all cancelations
*Receive Telkom order numbers for non-problematic applications
*Resolve all non-problematic tickets relating to Telkom transfers, Installations and cancellations
*Handle incoming calls and correspondence, alerting Sales Consultants to any urgent issues
*Handling and allocating tickets in the sales queue
*Update technical team on order status and delivery details so that they can keep customers informed.
*Keep customers updated directly
*Maintain sales and churn records and assists with updating customer records
*Ensure that completed contracts (along with all relevant documentation) are received from the client and uploaded to relevant platforms and hard copies are stored appropriately
*Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
*Maintain a reliable, up-to-date client record system
*Follow up and escalate to and with Technical Services with regards to orders placed
*Check for recently-placed tenders via the appropriate portals weekly
*Ensure document accuracy between departments
*Make the respective sales consultants aware of any pending cancellations
*Quoting clients
*Engaging with supplier for sit feasibility
*PA to MD of the company

Education:
*Matric
*Any Admin-related qualifications will be to your advantage

Experience:
*Minimum 3 years experience in an IT environment
*Internal sales experience will be to your advantage

Competencies:
*Client service orientation, with a pleasant and efficient telephone manner
*Attention to detail is essential
*Unquestionable honesty and reliability
*High level of enthusiasm and energy is essential
*Excellent numerical and accuracy skills
*Computer literacy – must be able to effectively use a variety of applications such as MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, Quickbooks and other external packages for support functions
*Well-spoken with an ability to communicate verbally and in writing with 100% accuracy in a format that is easily understandable
*Ability to work under pressure and to take personal responsibility for results
*Able to work as part of a team in an informal environment
