You’ll be planning & executing, with the Digital, Ecommerce and Buying teams, an online clothing content strategy, primarily focused on:
*​Driving online purchases
*Increasing traffic to and engagement with online fashion product, via fashion content
*​Creating and testing effective user journeys through content to product
*Data collection & enrichment – executing personalisation & segmentation.
*Reinforcing the positioning of the brand in the market place
*Communicating and highlighting the brands USPs and famous for categories.

Roles & Responsibilities
You’ll be:
*Planning, writing and assisting with the design and publishing of online clothing content for​ a specific brand​, in particular the Women and Men content channels including social media & the website, external media and product promotion.
*Producing a monthly web analytics report on interaction with online clothing content, paying particular attention to user journey efficacy, reach, engagement and purchase in line with the online clothing strategy objectives.
*Setting up and managing online fashion video and stills shoots, where appropriate with the buying & marketing teams.
*Assisting with concept and production of fashion campaigns for ​the brands digital platforms in line with business objectives
*Keeping abreast of international online fashion content trends and bench-marking ​the brand accordingly.
*Drive digital growth & optimization thought mastering & utilizing new technologies e.g meltwater, yotpo & DotMailer etc.

Planning:
*Collaborate with internal teams to create effective content
*Develop and manage monthly digital marketing calendar
*Manage and co-ordinate monthly product meetings with internal teams
*Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
*Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
*Coordinating the production of a wide range of marketing communications (creative briefs, photo shoots and videos)
*Staying on top of trends in retail & technology to engage new & returning customers in relevant ways within the ever-changing global retail landscape.
*Developing high quality and effective marketing materials that align correctly with the overall brand strategy

Content:
*Writing copy for marketing collateral, including social media, newsletters, website.
*Co-ordinating marketing campaigns & content calendars with brand activities.
*Creating an enduring brand message that results in increased sales, brand loyalty, customer engagement and improving reach.
*Co-ordinating and discovering external influencers and identifying possible collaboration opportunities within the industry.
*Work with buying department to provide product support when necessary.
*Work closely with the ecomm team to ensure product availability and range is in line with content focus.

Digital advertising:
*Plan and execute all web, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns, including day-to-day, competitions, and wider campaigns
*Devising strategies to drive traffic to the e-commerce website
*Analysing social media insights to guide future social media campaigns
*Work closely with external digital agency to ensure KPI’s are met and budgets are optimised.

Photo shoots:
*Sourcing product samples and props that fit with the context of the campaign on a monthly basis.
*Gather references and concepts for shoots for approval before shooting.

Events:
*Providing digital support for key marketing events.

Administration:
*Responsible for planning and controlling the digital marketing budget
*Tracking and reporting on email campaigns in order to guide improvements
*Monitoring social media for company mentions and engaging with customers where relevant
*Manual uploading of weekly data across platforms

Competencies:

*Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix (ATL, PR, Events & Digital)
*Highly creative with ability to think out of the box
*Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
*Ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
*Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
*Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
*Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
*Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets

Requirements:
*1-3 years working experience in a digital marketing or content role
*A related tertiary qualification
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Business writing skills and acumen
*Strong administration and interpersonal skills
*Knowledge of: the Outdoor & Electronics industry and trends; Online market trends; Retail cycle and Google Analytics
