Digital Project Manager (12 month FTC)

Responsibilities:
*Build strong relationships with key clients: forming, maintaining and growing relationships with new and existing clients
*Client communication: Responsible for ensuring that relevant clients are kept up to date on project developments through emails or client meetings. This includes changes in timings, costs and any issues arising
*Support the rest of the client team to define, maintain and grow client scope-of-work

Resource/Task management:
*Demonstrate great people management skills, including motivating team members to meet schedule and quality requirements for deliverables, ability to resolve conflicts within the team, ability to get team members from different disciplines to come together as a team, and ability to lead team members to deliver on schedule and within budget constraints in a constructive manner
*Regular contact with internal and external partners engaged in delivering projects (including 3 rd party integration companies, outsource partners, etc).
*Encourage and facilitate collaboration within the team
*Use Magnetic to assign and track tasks
*Lead all Scrum rituals (refinement, review, retrospective, planning meetings, daily standups)

Documentation and Process:
*Create robust and realistic cost documents (CE’s & SOW)
*Assist in setting up templates/documentation for Functional & Technical Spec documents, Briefing document, etc
*Drive improvement on current internal agile processes

Project management:
*Manage and deliver multiple work streams for various types of digital projects within multiple accounts
*Work with internal teams to help define project scope, resource requirements and cost estimates for projects
*Be on top of projects and know timings, key milestones, budgets, resourcing, risks, etc.
*Assess the time and financial impact of changes and communicate to clients as appropriate.
