Role and Responsibilities:
*Source, headhunt and effectively screen job applicants
*Communication effectively and professionally with candidates
*Manage applicant tracking systems and recruitment channels such as LinkedIn
*Build and promote an employer brand and co-ordinate company representation at various speaker events
*Facilitate Visa application processes for foreign nationals.
*Implement and refine employee contracting and on-boarding procedures
Ideal candidate profile:
*Entrepreneurial mindset, strong sense of self-motivation and a hunger to work with a team to build great businesses
*Strong “sales” mentality and brand awareness, to effectively push the Brand into the market
*Very structured and driven to design and implement effective processes
Key qualifications and skills:
*A relevant tertiary qualification, (Bachelor degree or diploma)
*3+ years in recruiting, including direct headhunting as well as working with agencies
*Strong writing ability and some PR experience would be beneficial
*Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities
